We deal with every exchange inquiry on a case-by-case basis. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away.
We pride ourselves in producing high-quality hand crafted products and we hope you love the merchandise as much as we do. In the event that you need to return for any reason: Due to being a small growing brand with limited quantity of products produced we only offer store credit/exchange only within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
We are a "no waste" company producing in extremely limited quantities so we ask that the merchandise be returned in the same condition it was sent. If we see that an item has been worn we will NOT issue store credit/exchange.
